1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Charvex Global LLP ("Charvex", "we", "us") via charvexglobal.com or this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Programs & Enrollment

All internship programs, durations and pricing listed on the platform are subject to availability. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and verification of eligibility through our aptitude assessment.

3. Fees & Refunds

Program fees are payable in advance. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of enrollment by writing to support@charvexglobal.com. Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Charvex Global LLP.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional conduct during mentorship sessions, project work and live interactions. Charvex reserves the right to terminate access for violations without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, project briefs, certificates and platform content are the property of Charvex Global LLP and may not be redistributed without written consent.

6. Certification

Certificates are issued only on successful completion of program deliverables. Charvex reserves the right to withhold certificates for incomplete work or breach of conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

Charvex Global LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any program.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
